It’s All About Pastries was developed by Pastry Chef, Phyllis Gary, a graduate of Illinois Institute of Art, Chicago. Chef Gary has been baking since she was a young child, learning from her mother how to bake cakes, pies, and cookies for family and friends. At culinary school, she increased her baking skills as well as developed professional techniques that took her level of expertise from homemade to gourmet. With her staff, Chef Gary is able to provide a wide array of delicious pastries.
Whether you need a wedding cake for your special day, petit fours or cookies for a catered event, or a cake or pie for your holiday meal, It’s All About Pastries is the place to contact.
